The Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival Contest is back! Fill out the online questionnaire below or download the printable contest entry form and return to Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 and you could be eligible for dozens of downtown prizes. From dinner at one of downtown’s swanky eateries to an overnight stay in a plush downtown hotel, you’ll sample the places that are putting downtown Milwaukee on the map.

HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the entry form in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel or download one from MilwaukeeHolidayLights.com, use our online entry form, or complete in–person at Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 (600 E. Wells Street) or Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (333 W. State Street). To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw (January 11, 2008). Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel are not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.

CONTEST RULES

1. The contest is open to the general public. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Identification must be produced upon request. Employees of Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, their contest sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. Prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
4. All entry forms must be turned in or received by Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 (600 E. Wells Street) by 5 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2008.
5. One entry per person.

NOTICE TO WINNERS
Winners will be notified by phone within seven (7) days after the close of the contest drawing. Winners will have fourteen (14) days to claim their prize. Non–compliance within that time may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

RELEASE
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, THE ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS MILWAUKEE DOWNTOWN, BID #21, MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, VENDORS, AND AGENCIES, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, RELATED TO ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED), STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, CONTRIBUTION, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
